My front yard needed a make-over, big time! The last guy who came by to cut our lawn just stopped showing up. It seems like a typical thing, out here, in Florida. Strange. O.K. So the yard was a mess for about a month or so.
Then we finally found a great landscaper I could count on and who I could trust, not to screw me over on the price. He put in a couple of palm trees, for me. I have always wanted to have palm trees in my yard! Yeah! During the day, you can see one of the palms (the Queen Palm) on Live Cam #1. You can see it blowing in the nice warm wind.

New Yard

The yard has gone through some changes. Here is a picture of the yard when we first bought the house. I don't know what kinds of plants they are supose to be, but I know they didn't have any flowers. They made the place look like a jungle.
Then I decided to try to work on it myself. It looked alright for a little while. I just couldn't get anything to grow. No beautiful flowers blooming. I do not have the almight "Green Thumb". Here are a few pictures of the work I did.
